YSAFA students passed their summer internship in Dilijan branch from June 15-June 25. The most part of the day was spent on sketches /sketchbooks/ that were being discussed by the group conductor, painter, prof. Vilik Zakaryan not only during the process of painting but also at the end of the day. While painting Dilijan sketches Mr. Zakaryan introduced us the problems of open-air and the colour perspective and also the problems of plan coherence of landscapes and colour selections.
In Goshavank we enriched the number of our sketches, visited the gallery of Dilijan that was a great pleasure for us and was very interesting. Again our visit was accompanied by discussions and analyses on every single canvas.
The head of the group V. Zakaryan spared no efforts for introducing us the problems of painting and the criteria of painting a picture of right structure. During those days we experience a great professional growth.
We spent nice and useful days gaining new knowledge for which we thank the head of Fine Arts faculty Khachatur Azizyan and all other organizers.
